Full Body Thermal Imaging

Full Body Thermal Imaging of HorsesFull Thermal Imaging & Diagnostic Report, interpreted by Veterinary Thermographer Donna Harper DVM, provides a tried and tested approach which is completely non-invasive.

Thermal Imaging has proven to be an excellent working tool that can provide you with valuable information about your whole horse. Whilst it does not tell you about tissue state or breakdown it will inform you in your consideration of where to look next in your investigations and to better understand your horse as an individual.

Saddle fit can be checked by revealing pressure points on the underside of the saddle and the back of the horse after lungeing or ridden work. Hoof balance and leg alignment may also be revealed making it possible to spot some stresses or breakdowns before calamity.

Owners have welcomed this method of having a 'whole horse view' which can further inform their own decisions about management considerations and veterinary investigations. We will work alongside your vet and provide all images on request.
